Today’s DIY inspiration is a stunning poetic side table. This table can fit anywhere in the house, you can make it work where it can work. This idea is yet another simple idea, and isn’t it just gorgeous?!?

You’ll need old milk bottle crates or even old wine crates will do. Purchase the wheels at the local hardware store, and simply join the two together. I love the detail on this crate’s inner wall, where pages from old books have been stuck onto it. If you don’t have any antique books to steal pages from, you could get that antique mood by dying your pages with teabags.

I’m loving the post today! The instructions and “ingredients” are easier then baking cookies! I found this beautiful inspirational DIY project here. Who would’ve thought that you could do something so unique in such easy steps!

I love the vintage books used here. The colours and covers work perfectly. Have a look around your house and see what books are suitable. After your selection of what kind of books to re-use, these are the next easy steps!

• 1. Select the books you want to use
• 2. Use a set of brackets for the bottom, and a single bracket on top
• 3. Measure and drill

Voila!

I know of many people that cling onto their magazine collection. Personally, I subscribe to a few of my favourites, and never find the heart of discarding any, it just feels as if I’ll be trashing all the stunning content.

When the collection started, I had a perfect spot to stack them, and now the stack is just uncontrollable. Still holding onto them… I need to find a perfect way of reusing them.

It is lovely to find treasure lofts. There are many kinds of lofts out there, and when I refer to a loft space as a “treasure loft” it means that it has existing structural spaces that make it unique and divinely inspirational.

Winter has really come aournd, and there’s nothing more charming then a beautiful fireplace to comfort you in this weather. These beautiful fireplaces are just absolutely gorgeous! I’m loving these white spaces getting warmed up.

I am about to explode with excitement as I share this inspirational home with you!!! This beautiful home feels like a page torn out of an inspirational Danish home decor magazine that inspires people give their homes a living heartbeat. My very special friends are the home makers of this home, and the stylish pair have put so much soul into their space, that the walls whisper stories upon entering their stylish apartment.

As you step out of the elevator, you enter the apartment, and a swoop of beauty in the air scoops you off your feet. The scent of candles and fresh flowers lures you deeper into this apartment.

The details of decor have really inspired me to bring more greens, clear glass and ceramics into my own space.

The beautiful main bedroom  remains a modest comfortable resting place. If sweet dreams don’t come from this space, then surely it hums whimsical lullabies.

The photoshoot ended as the sun was about to retire. And we lay back, had a few laughs, and enjoyed wine with fairy lights.
